UPDATED: Ahmadu Bello University announces new date for resumption of academic activities
Sequel to the directives of the Kaduna State Government released yesterday that all institutions have been given the green light to resume academic activities, the Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria in a memo released very late yesterday has ordered the resumption of academic activities in the University.
It was earlier reported by POLITY REPORTERS that the institution put a suspension on the proposed resumption date slated for Monday, 25th January, 2021 as the state government hasn’t approved the reopening but in a freshly released memo which supercedes the previous one, resumption of all activities has been mandated to take effect immediately.
In the memo released and signed by the director, Public Affairs Directorate, Malam Auwalu Umar, it was documented that all students are to resume with immediate effect. Details of the memo can be accessed below.
