Why Take Fruits?

Botanists or plants scientists classify fruits as the edible portion of the plants that develops from a flower and contains seeds. They are an excellent source of essential vitamins and minerals. Eating a diet high in fruits can reduce a personโs risk of developing diseases. Human can switch from living with diseases by switching many of their unhealthy snack options for fruits. It is no news that fruits provide nutrients vital for health and maintenance of human body, they are low in fat and calories and have key nutrients required for growth.
Fruit comes from nature and not from factories, the closer to nature the better for the health. Although fresh fruits are subject to spoilage, their shelf life can be extended by refrigerating them. Also, fruits can be processed into juices, jams and jellies and could be preserved by dehydration, canning, fermentation and pickling.
Here, we look at some of the health benefits of fruits;

While fruits are considered good and healthy for the body, excessive intake of some fruits are not advisable because they are high in calories and are excessively sweet especially in the case of weight loss, some of these fruits include; Avocado, Grapes, Dry fruits, Banana, Mango etc. Fruit is very good for human health, eat fruit and feel good.
