Leadership Versus Followership In Nigeria; Who Is To BlameBlame By Comrade Obayuwana Bobby Eghosa

The Essence of Leadership is to bring building capacity and bring to the consciousness of Followership, the need never to play the ”Blame Game” but, to be good partners in PROgress with Effective Leadership, so as to find long lasting solutions to problems that are affecting the Human Society.
True and Effective Leadership determines how Followership would behave and the latter in turn determines how the former would perform.
Leadership is established with sincerity of purpose for the benefit of the majority in any Society. Followership in turn, acknowledge the effects, make constructive criticisms but never put all the problems of governance on leadership alone, as they should also take responsibility by contributing their meaningful quota towards the society, by making informed decisions that would never question their role of being ”active recipients of the dividends of democracy, as well as passive leaders to other followers who require their attention and contributions to them and the Human Society at large.
In this case, Nigeria and Nigerians cannot be an exception as Governor Godwin Nogheghase Obaseki is changing the ugly narratives and good governance to be the mainstay of true leadership in Nigeria.
If Our Dear Nation must move forward, both leadership and Followership must come together to carryout their respective roles in making sure that Nigeria and Nigeria attain the Peak of Developmental Strides and Radiate ELDORADO in all ramifications henceforth in Jesus Name (Insha Allah, Ameen)
