CAC Revival Centre Youths Share Good News To Residents Of Kuola, Its Environs

The teeming youths of Christ Apostolic Church Revival Centre, alongside the Evangelical team—mostly elderlies—of the church, took to the streets of Kuola and its environs today, Saturday, to relay the good news—Gospel of Christ—with residents, traders, commuters, passers-by, and onlookers.

The important exercise, which occasioned a few minutes past 10 am, was flagged off with a short exhortation and fervent prayers led by Brother Ifeoluwa and Pastor Ojo who respectively prepared the youths and the evangelical team for the mission.

Following this spiritual empowerment and considerable preparation, the youths and members of the evangelical team gathered at the church premises to embark on the divine mandatory assignment that Christ categorically assigned all believers.

Accompanied by seasoned trumpeters,  energetic drummers, and the evangelical team bus moving at a steady pace, they progressed from the church to Adedayo Street, where they all dispersed to preach the Gospel and distribute tracts to recipients of the good news.

After successfully covering Adedayo Street, they advanced to Kuola, pausing at a strategic location where Brother Ifeoluwa passionately proclaimed the message of Christ to all and sundry.

“Dear residents of Kuola, we are here today to bring you the greatest news in the history of mankind—the Gospel of Jesus Christ,” Brother Ifeoluwa declared partly.

Quoting Luke 15:7, he added, “There is joy in heaven over one sinner who repents. Do you think you are too sinful to be saved? As long as you are alive, salvation is possible. That is the good news we bring to you today.”

He further encouraged the residents to strengthen their faith by joining the church, saying, “Now that you have been saved, to avoid falling into temptation and to build a strong fellowship with Christ, join us at CAC Revival Centre to experience a life rooted in the Word, righteousness, and prayer, as established in our church’s motto.”

The group then proceeded to Kuola Junction, where Brother Emmanuel delivered a stirring message, urging listeners to build their faith by attending CAC Revival Centre, renowned for delivering the undiluted Word of God and for its powerful prayers that yield instant answers.

Simultaneously, other members of the team spread out, reaching as far as Abapan, engaging residents in one-on-one conversations to invite them into the fold of God.

After a powerful homily from Brother Emmanuel, Pastor Tobi Olorunesan led the closing prayer that wrapped up the comprehensive exercise at the Kuola Junction.

Everyone then rejoiced and danced their way back to the church via Akala Expressway, enveloped with gratitude and fulfillment for completing the divine assignment.

At the church, a final prayer was led by Pastor Ojo, followed by 21 covenant and resounding hallelujahs.

The participants dispersed with a deep sense of accomplishment, having fulfilled one of the key commandments of Christ.

Polity Reporters reports that this development was a practical fulfillment of the church’s January watchword, “Go ye therefore” (Mark 16:15–18), and largely aligns with the church’s theme for the year: “My Year of Good News— to speak Good News; and receive Good News.”

Among those in attendance were Pastor Ajibade; Pastor Segun Awosefaju, the National Youth Pastor; Minstrel HanJ; Bro Demilade; Barrister Odunayo; Brother Cole Tolulope; Brother Emmanuel; Ms. Fasuhanmi Esther; Brother Tobi Olatinwo, head of the Technical Team; and numerous other dedicated children of God.
