BETRAYAL

The saddest thing about betrayal is that it never comes from your enemy, it comes from those you love blindly but sees you as blind. I thought I knew the world, I thought I knew myself, I thought I knew my friend but I knew nothing.
If an enemy had done this to me, there would not have been a need to rage, if a foe were risinghimself against me, I could have hid my face. But why is it the one dear to me, my so called companion.
Maybe I should rather give up on friendship. Too many broken promises, too much of shattered trusts. I cannot do this again!
The more intimate the relationship, the serious and deep the pain would be. How do I avoid being betrayed? Is the answer staying away from people? Do I stay on the side of my enemies and know what I will always expect?
God removes people from your life. Betrayal actually is the only truth that sticks, you know the real friends Sometimes betrayal is a blessing in disguise, you path ways with the unreal ones.
