Honourable Abayomi Fagbenro-Bibire has congratulated the Commissioner for Lands, Housing and Urban Development, Hon. Williams Akin-Funmilayo, on the occasion of his birthday, describing him as a man who gives his utmost to every responsibility entrusted to him.
