Chelsea To Replace Lukaku With Osimhen

To replace Romelu Lukaku at Chelsea this summer, Todd Boehly has identified a shortlist of five strikers, and Victor Osimhen is reportedly one of those players.
Boehly was initially opposed to letting the £97.5 million striker leave, but manager Thomas Tuchel persuaded him that it was the best course of action for everyone involved.
Five strikers are reportedly “under discussion” at the club, according to the Daily Mail, following Lukaku’s miserable season in which he scored just 15 goals in 44 appearances.
With Lukaku making it clear that he wanted to return to Inter Milan on loan on Tuesday, Osimhen, who won the Italian Serie A Most Valuable Player for U-23 footballers, has now attracted the attention of Chelsea, and many clubs, becoming one of the most sought-after players in Europe after a fine season in Italy.
Remember that despite missing a significant portion of the season due to injury, the Nigerian international has scored 18 goals and recorded six assists for Napoli in all competitions.
