Chidinma Adetshina Bags Miss Universe Nigeria 2024

Chidinma Adetshina has been crowned Miss Universe Nigeria 2024, beating four other finalists to claim the coveted title in a glittering ceremony held in Lagos, 23-year-old.

Adetshina, who represented Taraba State, overcame a tumultuous journey to emerge victorious.

She had earlier withdrawn from the Miss South Africa 2024 pageant due to a social media controversy surrounding her nationality.

The new beauty queen will now represent Nigeria at the Miss Universe pageant in Mexico this November.

Miss Anambra, the first runner-up, will participate in the Miss Supranational pageant.

Adetshina’s win comes with a grand prize of N10 million.

In her acceptance speech, she described the crown as “a call to action.”
