Governor Makinde Deserves To Be Celebrated Every Day — Fagbenro-Bibire
Chieftain of the Peoples Democratic Party, Honourable Abayomi Fagbenro-Bibire has said that Governor Seyi Makinde deserves to be celebrated every day and not only on his birthday.
Bibire explained that while birthdays are a time to celebrate people, true leaders like Governor Makinde deserve to be appreciated often because of their constant work to improve the lives of others.
He made this known ahead of the Governor’s birthday coming up tomorrow, Thursday, December 25, 2025.
While recognizing the Governor’s outstanding leadership, commitment to development, and unbending dedication to the welfare of the people of Oyo State, Bibire confessed that Governor Seyi Makinde’s outstanding leadership and impact on Oyo State should be celebrated every day, not just on special occasions.
He noted that Governor Makinde’s policies and initiatives have brought undeniable transformative changes across the state, impacting lives in education, health, infrastructure, social welfare, and etcetera.
According to Bibire, the Governor’s consistent efforts to advance communities and improve the living conditions of citizens make every day a reason to appreciate and honour his leadership.
He further praised Governor Makinde for being accessible, responsive, and deeply committed to the progress of Oyo State, stressing that these qualities set him apart as an exemplary leader.
Bibire, who is the leading House of Representatives aspirant for Ibadan Southwest and Northwest Federal Constituency, however, called on all citizens to support and encourage such exemplary leadership while celebrating the progress and positive changes being achieved under Governor Makinde’s administration.
He concluded by praying for God’s guidance, strength, and wisdom for Governor Makinde to continue leading Oyo State to greater heights.
