Gyokeres Lacks Level – Suarez
Luis Suarez, Inter Miami attacker, has given his verdict on Arsenal’s Viktor Gyokeres.
Recall that Arsenal signed the 27-year-old striker from Sporting CP during the summer transfer window.
Gyokeres has scored two goals for Mikel Arteta’s side so far this season.
However, Suarez believes the Sweden international still needs another two seasons before he will be fully ready to be at the top level.
Speaking to a streamer, Suarez of said Gyokeres (via TouchlineX): “He still lacks the level.
“He’s good, but I think he still lacks the level… He’ll get there in a year or two.”
Gyokeres will hope to continue his impressive display when Arsenal face Nottingham Forest after the international break.
