Isak Names Mbappe Best Player In The World
Newcastle United striker, Alexander Isak has named Real Madrid forward, Kylian Mbappe as the current best player in the world.
In an interview with Sky Sports (h/t Madrid Xtra), Isak was asked to name the current best footballer in the world.
The Swedish International did not hesitate to name Mbappe.
“Best player in the world right now? Mbappe,” Isak said.
Mbappe has been in impressive form for Real Madrid in his debut season so far.
The Frenchman joined the Los Blancos from Paris Saint-Germain as a free agent in the summer of 2024.
Mbappe had a slow start at the Santiago Bernabeu, but he later picked up form.
He has contributed 36 goals and provided four assists in 52 matches across competitions for Carlo Ancelotti’s side so far this season.
