Linda Ikeji Chooses Between Wizkid, Davido
Popular blogger, Linda Ikeji has picked a favourite between two of Nigeria’s biggest artistes, Wizkid and Davido.
In a recent interview with Pulse, Ikeji was asked to choose between Wizkid and Davido and she picked the latter with hesitation.
According to her, Davido is “by far” a better musician than Wizkid.
The interviewer asked: “Wizkid or Davido?”
Ikeji replied: “Davido by far.”
The blogger’s choice did not come as a surprise to many, given her agelong beef with Wizkid.
The beef between Wizkid and Linda Ikeji began in 2016 after the blogger published a story about Wizkid’s alleged eviction notice from his Lekki residence.
The feud intensified after an angry Wizkid descended on Linda on social media, threatening to send his 16-year-old cousin to beat her up.
The war of words ranged on for months on social media and the police were forced to step in.
Despite efforts to reconcile the duo, the blogger and the singer seem to remain estranged over the years.
