Naomi Campbell welcomes her first child — a baby girl.
The 50-year-old supermodel, took to her Instagram a few days ago to announce the news as she shared a picture of her hand holding the baby’s feet.
“A beautiful little blessing has chosen me to be her mother,” Campbell captioned the Tuesday post, which included a close-up image of her newborn’s feet. “So honoured to have this gentle soul in my life there are no words to describe the lifelong bond that I now share with you, my angel. There is no greater love.”
Her comments section was filled with congratulations from fans and Campbell’s celebrity friends.
Designer Marc Jacobs among others, congratulated the London-born model, who had not previously revealed that she was to become a mother.
British Vogue editor Edward Enninful offered his congratulations also, writing: “Seeing the two of you together made my year. You will bring each other so much joy.”
