Netanyahu Describes Trump As Israel’s Greatest Friend In White House
The Prime Minister of Israel, Benjamin Netanyahu, has described President Donald Trump as the greatest friend of Israel ever to occupy the White House.
He made the remark during Trump’s appearance at the Israeli parliament, the Knesset, on Monday in Jerusalem.
Netanyahu also praised Trump for his policies and actions in support of the State of Israel.
He said: “Donald Trump is the greatest friend the State of Israel has ever had in the White House.
“Thank you for recognising the sovereignty of Israel over the Golan Heights, thank you for standing up to the lies against Israel in the United Nations.
“Thank you for recognising in your 2020 peace plan our rights in Judea and Samaria, the ancestral homeland of the Jewish people.
“Thank you for brokering the historic Abraham Accord, thank you for withdrawing from the disastrous Iran nuclear deal.
“Thank you for supporting Operation Risen Line and for your bold decision to launch Operation Midnight Hammer.”
