Osun 2022: “Nobody Should Come Back To Us Crying” – Adamu

Abdullahi Adamu, the All Progressives Congress (APC) National Chairman, has urged the National Campaign Council of the ruling party to put everything on the line to win the upcoming July governorship election in Osun State.
According to POLITICS NIGERIA, Adamu made this statement while establishing the 86-member campaign council on Thursday at the party’s national secretariat in Abuja.
“Most of you have been statesmen in your own right (by the virtue of the) offices you held before today. But for this exercise, take off the big guns, take off the creepy suit wear and go down the trenches to bring that victory we want.
“Nobody should come back to us crying, failure is not our own by the grace of God. Whatever it takes within the laws of the land, I said go for it, win the election,” Adamu said.
The 2022 Osun State gubernatorial election will take place on 16 July 2022, to elect the governor of Osun State. Incumbent APC Governor Gboyega Oyetola is eligible for reelection and has been renominated by his party.
